Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to be sure that you are. If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a store credit (valid in our online store or Berlin, NH, showroom) or exchange. Items that have been personalized, engraved, or customized in any way are not eligible for return.

If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you can return any non-customized item in its original condition for a store credit (valid in our online store or Berlin, NH, showroom) or exchange. We can exchange your jewelry for another item, give you another ring size, repair your item, or mount your diamond in a setting. Call to speak to a diamond and jewelry consultant. Call 603-752-1520.

The Return Process

Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item(s) will be examined by Quality Assurance. We cannot accept items showing signs of wear or items that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Greetings Jewelers), or damaged in any way. In order for your return package to be accepted, it must reflect the Greetings Jewelers return code, be properly packaged and correctly insured. Items that do not follow these guidelines will be refused.

How to Prepare Your Return

To properly prepare your return, please take the following steps:

1. Your Return Authorization Number. Call 603-752-1520 and you will be given a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Write this number prominently on the box you are returning, or include it in the reference field of your shipping label. This number must be displayed on the OUTSIDE of the box you are returning.

2. Package Your Return. Place all the original packaging in the box, including the appraisal and the diamond certificate, if applicable. For security reasons, please address the return to Greetings Jewelers.

3. Insure Your Package. On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:

  • Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.*
  • More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Greetings Jewelers.* (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)
